Ecolux Villa Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 30-60 Days Prior to Check-In:

    • 80% of the booking advance will be refunded if a cancellation is made between 30 to 60 days before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations Within 30 Days of Check-In:

    • No refunds or amendments will be accepted within 30 days of the check-in date.
  • Public Holidays & Peak Dates (e.g., 20th Dec – 5th Jan):

    • Bookings during public holidays or peak dates are non-refundable and non-amendable.
  • Promotional/Discounted Bookings:

    • Bookings made under any promotional offers or discounts are non-amendable and non-refundable.
  • Advance Payment Forfeiture:

    • Upon cancellation, any advance paid will be forfeited and will not be adjusted for future or exchange bookings.
  • Personal/Circumstantial Cancellations:

    • In case of personal or circumstantial cancellations, the above policy will still apply.

Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment:
    • A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
  • Part Payments:
    • Part payments in two installments are allowed for pre-bookings.
  • Full Payment for Premium Dates:
    • Full payment is required 15 days before the check-in date for premium dates. Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and the advance will be forfeited.
  • Non-Payment Consequence:
    • Ecolux Villas reserves the right to unblock the dates and accept new bookings in the event of non-payment.
  • Taxes and Fees:
    • GST/taxes/conveyance fees will be applicable on all bookings as per legal regulations.

Complaints Policy

  • Guest Responsibility:
    • Any issues must be reported immediately to the Check-in Manager during the stay to be addressed.
  • Non-Reported Issues:
    • If no complaint is raised during the stay, Ecolux Villas will assume full guest satisfaction, and no complaints will be entertained after checkout.

Check-In Policy

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability.
  • ID Submission:
    • Guests must share valid government-approved ID cards for all guests at the time of booking and check-in.
  • Security Deposit:
    • A refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in. This will be refunded within 48 hours post check-out, after a thorough inspection of the property.

Pool Rules

  • Swim Attire:
    • Proper swim attire is mandatory.
  • No Lifeguard on Duty:
    • Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
  • No Diving, Littering, Smoking, or Glassware:
    • Littering, smoking, and the use of glassware in the pool area are prohibited.
  • No Food/Drinks Inside the Pool:
    • Eating and drinking inside the pool are strictly prohibited.

Terms & Conditions

  • Government Charges:
    • Ecolux Villas reserves the right to impose any new taxes or charges as required by law.
  • Alternative Arrangements:
    • In the unlikely event Ecolux Villas cannot provide the booked property (due to force majeure, property sale, etc.), an alternative of similar value will be offered, or a refund will be provided.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days in cases where applicable.
  • Utility Services:
    • Electricity, Wi-Fi, and mobile network services are provided through third-party sources. Ecolux Villas is not responsible for any disruptions caused by these providers.

House Rules

  1. Smoking Restrictions:

    • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  2. Security:

    • Ensure all doors are locked when leaving or sleeping. Loss of keys will incur a charge of INR 500 per key.
  3. Supervision in Pool Area:

    • No children under 14 are allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
  4. Guest Limits:

    • Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered guests will be charged INR 3000 per person per night.
  5. Responsibility for Amenities:

    • Guests use the villa’s amenities at their own risk. Ecolux Villas is not liable for any injuries or accidents during the stay.
  6. No Prohibited Activities:

    • Illegal activities, such as drug use or prostitution, are strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
  7. Noise Disturbance:

    • Respect the peace between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise could result in cancellation without refund.
  8. Housekeeping:

    • Daily housekeeping services are provided. Guests are requested not to take towels or linens outside the premises.
